I'm using the Google Chrome browser and found if I enabled AdBlock, the vertical scrolling bar disappears, so the web pages don't scroll up or down. How can I fix this?

It may be a glitch on your PC, so I would try removing AdBlock and downloading again. For now, you should be able to use your keyboard keys (Page Up\Page Down) to scroll through pages.
