There’s an annual fee of $3 after you pay the initial $35 fee for your transponder. However, there’s no monthly fee unless you request detailed monthly statements, in which case you must pay a fee of $4 per statement each month. Tolls will be taken out of your bank account or the balance in your E-Z Pass account.
