I cleaned my porcelain tile grout with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and washed it with vinegar and water. It is now all streaked. I even rinsed it with plain water, then dried it, still streaked?

Try rubbing one of the marks with a mild bathroom cleaning cream. If that works, repeat all over. If the streaks are not removed, the porcelain may have been eroded in some way and perhaps someone else can help you.
