You can make one from an old t-shirt by cutting out the sleeves and neckline, then cutting the bottom hem into vertical strips. Turn it inside out and knot the strips to make your interior seam. Hem the shoulder pieces if you wish, or leave them frayed for an edgier look. Turn it back right side out and it's done.
