I have no space anywhere in my house so how do I create a reading nook that I would be comfortable in? Also, where would I put it since I have a giant table in my room?

You can create a makeshift creating nook. If you have a chair in your room or a corner you can utilize, then you can use that area. Get a basket with all the things that make it feel cozy; pillows, a reading light, floor pillows, etc., and have them ready for when you want to transform that space into a reading nook. Then, you can put it all back in the basket when you are finished.
