Not as long as you do something to keep your readers interested. If the couple is sharing their first kiss, you may want to make sure it will affect the reader's emotions and reactions. What you don't want is a meaningless kiss. If the couple has been together for a while, then you should create some sexual tension later in the story or conflict that complicates the kiss.
