On a piece of paper, your speech bubbles and text boxes will likely only be 2-3 inches, but you can make them a little bigger or smaller every once in a while. Draw a text box by sketching out a simple rectangle or square. Make it as big as you need to for the script. You can either do this before you draw the art or after you've sketched out the initial image.
