There are several ways you can fold boxers. For a flat fold, lay the boxers so they're face-up and fold the 2 ends to the center. Then, fold the waistband halfway down the length of the boxers and tuck the bottom half into the waistband. You could also do a ranger roll with your boxers by placing them on a flat surface and folding the waistband over itself. Fold the left side into the center and then fold the right leg over the left side. Then, roll the bottom all the way up and tuck it into the waistband.
