There are 3 main reasons why a toilet would flush slow. One is what we call a soft stoppage, when toilet paper and debris get caught in the P-trap, which is a curved pipe that runs beneath your toilet. The second is if the rim gets calcification where the water comes through the bowl ports into the toilet bowl, and the third is that the water level inside the tank may not be high enough.
