Yes, to get Groudon you must get to Sottopolis. Then battle the final gym there and then go to the Pokemon league ( their Pokemon are about level 50 ). Then you go back to your house and then follow the instructions. By the way, every time you challenge the Pokemon league, Their Pokemon are 10 levels stronger.
