The size will vary with the type of yarn, hook size and user tension in making the shoe. The average foot is a size 7 - 8 for medium shoes. With the recommended hooks of G (4mm) and H (5mm), you will have one of these two sizes. Your tension in working the piece, combined with a variation from recommended yarn, can result in major size differences.
