As always in the end, there will be Endermen, but there is a dangerous mob known as the Shulker that hide in end cities. They look similar to purpur blocks, but don't be fooled. They have zig-zagged shells that can open up, allowing them to shoot special projectiles at you that cause you to float upward for 30 seconds. They also will teleport occasionally if you hit them.
