∴ Length of the side of the square
= 0.707 × 14.35 cm
= 10.14545 = 10.15 cm
(b) Diameter of the circle = 8.63 cm
∴ Length of the side of the square
= 0.707 × 8.63 cm
= 6.10141 cm = 6.10 cm
