Option 1 : IgG
- Immunoglobulins are a specialized group of proteins produced by the plasma cells in response to an antigen and which function as antibodies.
Types of Immunoglobulins:

- It is the antibody of secondary immune response
- It can transverse blood vessels easily.
- It is the only immunoglobulins that can cross the placenta and transfer the mother's immunity to the developing fetus.

- It is secretary IgA
- Prevents attachment of the bacteria and viruses to the mucous membrane.
- It prevents foreign substances from entering the body cells.
- mostly found in the body secretions such as saliva, tears, sweat milk, and the walls of the intestine.

- It is the first antibody to be produced in response to an antigen i.e. primary response.
- It does not cross the placenta

| IgE |
- Mediates immediate hypersensitivity (allergy) by causing the release of mediators from mast cells and basophils upon exposure to antigen (allergen).
- Main host defense against helminthic infection.
