- How to do Kegel exercise –
- Bladder should be empty, then sit or lie down
- Pelvic muscle hold tight and count 3 to 5
- Relax muscles and count 3 to 5, repeat 10 times, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night)
- Exercise will reduce edema – lie down and elevate the feet, moving only the feet, point your toes up towards your head and down from head. Repeat this 30 min.3 times\day
- These exercises will help reduce uterine contraction – deep squats help relax and lengthen the pelvic floor muscles and stretch the perineum
- These exercise reduce urinary tenderness-pelvic floor muscles exercise stronger and improve bladder and bowl function.
