Option 2 : Electrostatic

In dynamometer type instruments air core is used for both fixed coil and moving coil. Hence this instrument is almost free from or have minimum hysteresis and eddy current error. Hysteresis and eddy current errors are present in MC, MI instruments. These are zero in electrostatic instruments.
