Option 3 : Wednesday

Given, the 4^th day of the month is Tuesday and the day on the 5^th day after the 21^stmeans 21 + 5 = 26^th day of the month.

The total number of days from 5^th day till 26^th day = 26 - 4 = 22 and when we divide 22 by 7 remainder will be 1, thus 26^th day of the month will fall on 1 day after Tuesday i.e. Wednesday.
