Right to Equality

 Government shall not deny to any person in India equality before the law   or the equal protection of the laws. It means that the laws apply in the   same manner to all, regardless of a person's status.

Right to Freedom

 Article 19 'everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression;   this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference.

Right against Exploitation

 The Rights against Exploitation is provided under Articles 23 and 24 of the   Constitution of India. The right against exploitation prohibits all forms of   forced labour, child labour and trafficking of human beings.

Right to Freedom of Religion

 Freedom of religion is a fundamental right in Article 25-28 of the   Constitution of India. Article 25 of Indian Constitution grants freedom to   every citizen of India to profess, practice and propagate his own religion.
