Option 1 : Book 1

Let the weight of Book 2 is x grams

Weight of Book 1 = 2x (given: twice as heavy as Book 2)

Weight of Book 3 = x/2 (given: half of Book 2's weight)

Weight of Book 4 = x + 60 & 2x – 60 (given)

→ x + 60 = 2x – 60

→ 120 grams = x (weight of Book 2)

Weight of Book 2 = 2x → 2 × 120

= 240 grams

Weight of Book 3 = x/2 → 120/2

= 60 gramsWeight of Book 4 = x + 60 → 120 + 60

= 180 grams

Clearly, Book 1 is heaviest among all the books.
