Area of the rectangular land = area of all the plots

⇒ (3 × 50 m × 20 m) + (4 × 40 m × 30 m) + (4 × 30 m × 25 m)

⇒ 3000 + 4800 + 3000

⇒ 10800 m²

Area of the land with the given dimensions,

⇒ 140 m × 80 m = 11200 m²

⇒ 160 m × 70 m = 11200 m²
