Option 3 : 59 kg

Let the no. of boys and girls in the class be ‘3x’ and ‘2x’ respectively

Total no. of students = 3x + 2x = 5x

Total weight of class = 64.4 × 5x = 322x kg

Total weight of boys = 68 × 3x = 204x kg

Total weight of girls = Total weight of class – Total weight of boys = 322x – 204x = 118x kg

∴ Average weight of girls = 118x/2x = 59 kg
