Option 2 : Cataract

Myopia is near-sightedness. A person with myopia can see nearby objects clearly but not far away objects. Hypermetropia is far-sightedness. A person can see far away objects clearly but not nearby objects. Presbiopia is when the near point gradually recedes away for people of old age. Cataract is when the eye lens becomes cloudy and the person cannot see properly. Out of these, the cataract is not a refractive defect of vision.
