Option 3 : 3 only

The answer is 3 only

  • A bill which requires special majority in both the houses cannot be introduced in a Joint sitting of the Parliament. We know that, for amending the Constitution, special majority in both the houses is required. Hence, it can’t be introduced in the joint sitting.
  • Even, for Money Bill, Rajya sabha can only recommend some changes and it is Lok Sabha only which passes the money bill. Hence there is no point in introducing the Money Bill in the joint bill. Therefore c i.e. 3 only is the answer
  • Ordinary Bills require Simple majority in both the houses.

Note: According to Article 108, a joint sitting is called by the President and presided over by the Speaker.
