Option 1 : Quantity I > Quantity II

Given distance = 80 km

Time = 4hr

Let the speed of the stream be S

⇒ Speed of boat = 5S

Quantity I:

80/4 = 5S – S

⇒ 4S = 20

⇒ S = 5 kmph

Y = S + 5S = 30 km/hr

Quantity II: 25 km/hr

∴ Quantity I > Quantity II
