I would imagine that there would be no benefits since all law is based on rules and precedents, and philosophy is based on individualist thinking and opinion. Perhaps philosophy might help you to understand why laws are quite different in different countries, but that still wouldn't likely help you to deal with them. I'm sure if you want to spend the time you could major in both, but I reckon there are far better pairings you could choose to spend your time and money on.
