I have had a major falling out with non blood relatives who constantly use my shed and trailer without asking. I don't know how to resolve this.

You need to firmly, but not harshly, tell them to not use your shed without asking. If they continue, then consider locks. If they choose to sever their relationship with you over something so frivolous, they are probably not the kind of people you need in your life anyway.
