With a crowbar. If it's about the entire floor, it's really not hard. It's also possible to take a saw and set it up for a cut just the thickness of the board, but it's only necessary when the boards are glued down to the floor. But if it's just regular tongue and groove, once you get a few boards up with your crowbar, just keep going across the floor with it. It's not a big deal to get the flooring up this way, but it's a much bigger trick to get flooring up in a very small area and then tongue in the new pieces.
