I found this: First, try to remove any excess glue from the material. Then, pour cold water over your glue-stained seat and let it sit for 10 – 15 minutes to loosen the stain. If the PVA glue stain is dried or old, you can also rub a small amount of dish detergent or washing up liquid into the stain before soaking it in cold water.
