I have a Vaio PC with Intel core i3 ,4 GB RAM, Intel HD graphics. I try to run Call of Duty: Black Ops, but it seems to be very laggy. How can I repair this problem?

Go to Control Panel, click System, and go to Advanced System Settings. Click Settings in the Performance section, and uncheck all items.
