Absolutely. Some kidney stones are very small, and you may pass it without ever realizing it was there.

You would have to know the height of the trapezoid (h) and the lengths of both parallel sides (a and b). The area formula is [h(a + b)] / 2.
Hit the other stone at a slant, from the bottom to the top, so the top is pointier. Don't hit too hard or too soft.
You won’t always know that you’re passing the stone. But if the stone is big enough, you’ll likely feel a lot of pain as it passes out of your urethra....
Try to reintall the OS completely. Insert a official CD or dowload and make one. Then just install Windows normally.
