This is a tough problem in people with fibromyalgia.  If you can arrange your schedule, try to work out some "down times" during the day when you can rest and maybe catch a nap.  Eating well and making certain your diet is healthy and nourishing can be helpful.  If you are having trouble sleeping, you can try some natural sleep aids like valerian, 5HTP or melatonin, but talk to your doctor first.
