You can, but the rest of the house would have to be made of PVC too. PVC alone is not strong enough to support the weight of many logs.

You can, it just won't be as flexible when you fold it. I'd recommend not adding stems, as that will put more weight on your flowers.

No. PVC isn't fond of summer car heat (glued joints can separate and lengthy pieces can sag). It's quite heavy and not very rigid for pieces longer than four feet....

Tape will not last as long as glue, especially a glue made for paper. There's no reason you can't use origami paper, though.

Why does spraying PVC pipe with Maxx make the pipe bubble in places? I cleaned the pipe with rubbing alcohol and Maxx primer, and there were no bubbles.
Cleaning it only does part of the job, you also need to sand it to get rid of the coating on it from the factory.
