First off, try refreshing your page. If that doesn't work, wait 24 hours and try again. Like with all technology, there may be a bug. If it's still not working, head over to the Etsy community and view the posts on bugs. If you don't see your answer there, post a question/comment and let Etsy know what is going on. They will get to it as soon as they can.

No, it doesn't. However, do you have an Xbox 360? if so, try there and then it should work, provided you downloaded it.

You can't save over auto saves. You have to create a separate manual.

We have 2 birch trees, not weeping, but 'straight'. They are now about 10 feet in height. Some upper branches are leaning quite a bit. Not sure why as we do not have ice or heavy snow storms here.

You can trim those branches off if they are causing a huge issue or you can use string to pull the tree back into its spot.
