Yes. If you make a modular ninja star like Jeremy Shafer's 16 point ninja stars, you could make enough pieces to make 50 points, although the ninja star would be too big and cumbersome, and likely fall apart within 3 seconds after completion. If you wanted to make it a small 50 point ninja star you would have to use extremely small pieces of paper and make 50 of them, which is hard and takes forever.
