Option 2 : 102 days

Efficiency ratio of A, B and C = 7 : 5 : 8

Total work = 42 × (7 + 5 + 8) = 840

Work done by B and C in 21 days = (5 + 8) × 21 = 273

Remaining work = 840 – 273 = 567

Remaining work A will complete in = 567/7 = 81 days

Total time = 21 + 81 = 102 days
