Most heartworm meds have quite a broad spectrum of activity, and so she should be covered against most common worms, although exactly which ones varies from product to product. If she has lost weight, then be vigilant for other changes, such as drinking more, eating less, or a different texture poop. If she has other symptoms, then definitely get her checked by a vet.
