You can try a variety of methods to get rid of the mice. You can first spray your vents with peppermint essential oil and leave cotton balls sprayed with the peppermint oil around your vents, as mice do like the smell of peppermint. You can also try sticky or snap traps inside or outside your vents to trap the mice and dispose of them.
