The best way to give weaker units' experience is to weaken enemies with other units so your weaker units can get the kill exp. While Eliwood and Lyn aren’t that great at survival (especially Lyn), Hector can effectively tank if leveled properly in easier modes. Arenas are an effective, albeit very risky, way to grind up units, but I only recommend you do that if prepared. Make sure not to take higher bets, as those will have more dangerous enemies. However, your lords promote very late, with the first Heaven Seal appearing in Chapter 24E/26H, the next one in 26E/28H and the final one in 27E/29H, which your main lord promotes with. (E stands for Eliwood mode and H stands for Hector mode.)

In the notes app, go to folders scroll to the bottom and see Deleted Notes. From there, retrieve the note you accidentally erased.
