I have hooded eyes and I use a clay-like eyeliner. Whenever I look up for a long time the liner sticks to the crease, and primer doesn't help, either. What can I do?

Use an eye shadow primer, set the primer with a matte eye shadow that matches your skin tone, then apply the liner and set the liner with a black eye shadow.
