Try having a private conversation with other members to see if they feel the same way. If enough members feel the president is being unfair, bring up your feelings together in a meeting. Also, be sure to check your club's constitution to see the procedures for removing officers. If your president repeatedly refuses to listen to feedback from club members, you may be able to remove her from her position.
