I would say to rerun the self-cleaning cycle. If that doesn't work, you can place some vinegar in a bowl on a cookie sheet in the oven. Warm the oven to 110 degrees until oven is completely heated. Keep the oven on for 30-60 minutes and then turn it off. Allow it to cool -- not completely, but enough that you don't burn yourself, then wipe off with a clean rag. The rags you use will be dirty so be prepared to throw them away afterwards.
