If I put on the waist trainer (for example Latex waist-trainer), work out, eat right and follow all the instructions as required for six months, will the results of the waist trainer be permanent?
It is highly doubtful that the effects will be permanent, because the trainer is just compressing the water out of fat tissue, and displacing your internal organs.
