I would start by researching the company and learning what studies they have conducted. Also, when inspecting the product, be sure to check if there's a seal on it. I would avoid it if the seal is lacking or if it's easy to open. I have seen customers buy products, fill them in with cheaper versions of essential oils, and take them back to the store as a return. And then somebody else goes in and buys them, and they are not the same product anymore.
