দশমিক থেকে octal বা hexadecimal করতে গেলে।।octar বা hexa.র বেজ দ্বারা দশমিকের পূর্নাংশকে ভাগ আর ভগ্নাংশ থাকলে ঐ বেজ দ্বারা গুন।
