Diarrdoea হলে পায়খানা পাতলা হয়। Capsule, Imotil 2 mg এক সাথে দুইটা। (12 বছরে উপরে যাদের বসয়) (১২ বছর কম ১ টা) (ছোট তাদের ১টেবলেট ৪ ভাগের দুই ভাগ আর কম হলে এক ভাগ) তার পরে প্রতিবার পায়খানা পরে একটা করে সাথে Table metro 400 mg আর ORS saline যাদের DM আছে তাদের ORS Rice Saline.
