Given:

Speed of train Rajdhani (train1) = 60 km/hr

Speed of train Shatabdi Express (train2) = ?

Time (t1) =100 hour

Time (t2) = 144 hour

Formula:

Speed of train1/Speed of train2  = √t2/t1

Calculation:

Let the speed of Shatabdi express (train2) be x km/h

We know that –

Speed of train1/Speed of train2 = √t2/t1   …….   (1)

Now,

Put all the given value equation (1) then we get

60/x = √144/100

⇒ 60/x = 12/10

⇒ 12x = 600

⇒ x = 600/12

⇒ x = 50 km/h

∴ The Speed of Shatabdi Express (train2) be 50 km/h
