Formula used:

Speed = Distance/Time

Circumference = πD

Calculation:

According to question

Distance = circumference = πD

⇒ π × 126      ----(1)

Speed = Distance/Time

⇒ 8 × 5/18 = (π × 126)/Time

⇒ Time = (22 × 126 × 18)/(7 × 5 × 8)

⇒ 178.2 second

∴ The time required to complete one round of track is 178.2 second
