Calculation:

Total duration of lockdown on 20th March = (24 - 6) hours = 18 hours

Total duration of lockdown on 21st March = 24 hours

Total duration of lockdown on 22nd March = 12 + 1 = 13 hours

⇒ Total duration of lockdown = 18 + 24 + 13 = 55 hours

∴ The total duration of lockdown is 55 hours.
