Calculation:

Let be assume number of teacher is T

⇒ The number of peons and chef = 3400 × (55/100) = 34 × 55 = 1870

⇒ The total number of teacher T = 3400 - 1870 = 1530

⇒ The teacher less percentage = {(1870 - 1530)/1870} × 100 = (340 × 100)/1870 = (0.1818) × 100 = 18.18%

∴ The required result will be 18.18%.
