The number of youth in states A, C, and E (in lakhs) = 12 + 11.5 + 9 = 32.5

The number of employed youth in states B, C, and D (in lakhs) = 7 + 10 + 7.5 = 24.5

The ratio = 32.5 : 24.5 = 325 : 245 = 65 : 49
